Creig is Professor of Old Testament Studies at the Evangelical Theological Faculty in Leuven, Belgium.  Its fabulous facility is a former Catholic monastery. ETF is a theological university with European accreditation as a research university for BA, MTh, and PhD programs.  . In addition to teaching students Hebrew, Wisdom Literature, and OT Introduction, as well as mentoring, Creig is involved in reading theses and dissertations, and publishing as time allows. As often as possible he reads papers at academic conferences, offering an evangelical perspective.

Creig continues playing in and writing songs for the Christian jazz band 4tune8. This band focuses on gigs in secular contexts rather than being another of the ubiquitous praise bands in churches. We write our own songs rather than do covers and seek to communicate the Gospel to the post-modern world through stories in music and the kind of music they will listen to.

Creig and Sherry are in their 20th year as missionaries in Europe. They now have both children out of university so Sherry stays busy helping with ministries at ETF, she currently assists in the ordering of books for the library and personally for professors since she has established an account with a book agency that consolidates shipments in order to reduce overseas shipping costs.  She also assists coordination efforts for an annual church bazaar and quilt making and sales for charity (see below) and participates in a local multi-lingual Bible study (CBSI: Community Bible Study International).
