About us

Service Chain

The Service Chain ministry’s purpose is to help those in the Body of the Church who need temporary assistance with meals, errands, and housekeeping due to the birth of a child, hospitalization, or special circumstance that may have arisen in their lives.

Service requests should be made through Jane Wiegers <jane@biblechurch.org>, the Chapel Hill Bible Church’s receptionist. The coordinators are Elaine Alexander and Carol Terrell.

This ministry is important in showing the love of Christ by involving ourselves in a tangible way.

...For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me....”

“I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.”

“ ..Truly I say to you, to the extent that you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to me.”

-Matthew 25:35-45
