New Parents Group
The Bible Church has many soon-to-be parents, brand new parents, and parents of young children who aren't yet connected to children's ministries at the church or to other moms and dads. The New Parents Group is intended to help parents of children around age 4 and younger to support and encourage one another, share resources, and get connected.

The New Parents' Listserv has been created to give new parents a chance to learn about existing children's ministries and resources at the church. It can also be used for starting new playgroups or child-friendly small groups, reaching out to new members with children, or simply trading kid gear and advice.

This listserv will be used by and for new parents. If you have any news you would like to share with other new parents at the Chapel Hill Bible Church, feel free to send it to the mailing list as well!
Typical emails might include:
- "Would anyone like to join a new child-friendly small group?"
- "Would anyone like to join a new playgroup?"
- "Anyone know any good books on sleep, nursing, toddler tantrums, etc?"
- "Anyone interested in mentoring? Anyone need a mentor?"
- "Don't forget Sunday School registration is this week"
- "Bible Church Preschool still has a few openings for three and four-year-olds"
- "Does anyone have a _______ (baby item) that I can borrow?"
- "Here's info about the upcoming event (inside / outside the church) --
- Parenting, or parent-related class
- Parent's Night Out childcare event
- Nursery Volunteer appreciation event
- Triangle Mothers of Multiples baby sale
- Etc....
- "Can anyone suggest some good babysitters?"
