Ways of Giving

We encourage everyone to be thoughtful and prayerful in their giving by making a Personal Giving Plan. We offer a variety of ways of giving to suit the various needs and lifestyles of various individuals.

Giving in the Worship Service

An offering is taken in each worship service as a part of our worship through giving. Personal checks or cash can be placed in the offering baskets but if you are giving cash and would like to have it credited to your contribution statement, please enclose it in an envelope with your name and address. Envelopes are available at the Info Desk or in the Information Racks around the building.

Automatic Bank Draft

Some people prefer to plan their offerings for the year as a way of giving their first fruits to God. If you would like the option of making a regular weekly or monthly contribution automatically from your bank account, simply click here to download the form and return it to the business office with a voided blank check or a savings deposit slip.

Online Bill Pay

If you have access to paying bills online through your own bank, you can authorize direct payments to the Bible Church. Usually all that is required is to follow your prompts to find a company without an account number, then enter the CHBC telephone number (919-408-0310) when requested. Please note that your bank may not provide this service. Also, please be sure to check with your bank as some banks may charge a service fee for this convenience.

Stock Gifts

If you wish to give a stock gift, please email Donna Calhoun-Coston in the business office with the name of the stock and the number of shares you wish to give so that we can acknowledge your offering. Then have your broker contact our E*TRADE account. Our E*TRADE brokerage account number is 6501-6795 and the DTC Routing code is 0385. Please transfer the stock gift to our E*TRADE account. (E*Trade will not give us the name of contributors. It is very important we get that information from you in order to give you proper credit.)
