It is our desire to grow as worshipers of the Lord, both corporately and personally. Worship is much more than singing, Sunday mornings, or Bible studies. It is our daily response to our Creator and Lord and is directly related to our spiritual formation.
We want to challenge Young Adults to grow in their understanding and expression of worship. To do this, we lead by example, pursuing deeper worship in our own lives. We also invite Young Adults to grow in worship through:
- Corporate worship (large group praise, worship, and communion times)
- Relational worship (mentoring/discipleship where you can grow or help someone else grow in their relationship with God)
- Personal worship (daily practices/habits to experience deeper worship and spiritual formation)
We frequently hold events that encourage us to broaden our perspectives on worship and cultivate it as a lifestyle. Recent Young Adult-sponsored worship events include our popular Friday Worship/Communion/Prayer evenings, nature walks, community service opportunities, and a Sunday class series on prayer.
