Women, begin the new year with Beth Moore's Bible Study Stepping Up: A Journey Through the Psalms of Ascent, Psalms 120-134. Take a look at the pilgrimage theme found in Psalms 120 -134 and explore the major feasts of Israel. For the ancient Israelites, pilgrimage was a three-times-per-year journey to the temple in Jerusalem; for New Testament believers all of life becomes a journey together toward the new Jerusalem. We begin on Tuesday, January 10, 6:45-8:30p.m. Price of member book is $13, available the first night of class. This class will run from January 10 through February 21. (late starters welcome)
On February 28 the class will be on Purim, the celebration of God's deliverance of his people through Esther.
March 6 - May 22 we'll study Beth Moore's Daniel: Lives of Integrity, Words of Prophecy. The first portion studies Daniel's life as he faced the kind of pressures and temptations Christians encounter today. The second portion explores thrilling prophecies from the time of Daniel through the second coming of Jesus Christ.
