Ministry leadership is accomplished through teams. Teams are usually made up of an elder (who is usually the team leader), a staff ministry leader, and people from the congregation.
Teams meet monthly on Team Night (the second Monday of each month at 7pm). All Team Night meetings are open to people from the congregation to come and observe. If you would like to be on the agenda of a team, or if you would like to become an official part of a ministry team, please speak to the team leader.
The Lead Team is made up of the team leaders (elders) and ministry staff. The purpose of the Lead Team is to lead the church through oversight of the teams and decisions that relate to church-wide matters. All current elders are members of the Lead Team. The Lead Team meets on the second Saturday of each month. People in the congregation may come to the Lead Team meeting to observe, also. We request that you contact the chairman of the elders by at least the Wednesday before if you would like to come.
