Welcome, First-Time Guests!

We are so glad you have chosen to worship with us today, and would like the opportunity to offer you a personal welcome. Please consider completing the brief visitor form, located on the back of the order of worship in the bulletin, and take it to our Welcome Center (located at the back of the auditorium). A tangible expression of our hospitality (tasty dessert bread) and a warm welcome will be waiting for you!

Babies and children are most welcome in our church and in the services! However, please be aware that even happy noises may be distracting to others around you. The cry room (on the right side of the auditorium) and the nursing mothers’ room (across the corridor from the auditorium) are provided for parents’ convenience and the congregation’s ability to focus their attention. Both rooms have speakers so you can hear the service.

Help us get to know you by making and wearing a name tag! Supplies are available at each entrance of the building.

Radios and Headphones Available

-- for Hearing Assistance broadcast on 106.3

Stop by the Info Desk to pick up radios and headphones for use during the service.

-- Hebrews 13:5

Worship Through Giving

An offering is taken in each worship service as a part of our worship through giving.  Personal checks or cash can be placed in the offering baskets but if you are giving cash and would like to have it credited to your contribution statement, please enclose it in an envelope with your name and address. Envelopes are available at the Info Desk or in the Information Racks around the building.

Missional Needs

Another part of worship and spiritual formation is service. There are many needs here at church, in the community, and abroad. We encourage everyone to consider their gifts, talents, and callings and put these to work in service of the Kingdom. A good place to start finding your place of impact is in the monthly publication, Missional Needs which is inserted in your bulletin today. This publication can also be found on the home page of the web site. Later this month, we will be asking people to complete a survey of ministry interests and spiritual gifts that will help us match gifts and interests with real needs.

Honoring our Welcome & Hospitality Volunteers

Be sure to sign the big “Thank You” card in the lobby that is for our Welcome and Hospitality volunteers.  These are the men and women who work behind the scenes to make your Sunday morning enjoyable and welcome our guests.  They are the Bread Bakers, Bread Givers, Coffee Fellowship servers, Greeters, and Welcome Desk volunteers.

Yarnell Care Calendar

As we continue to remember Julie Yarnell and family in our prayers after Craig’s death in January, let us also join to meet their needs.  There is an online care calendar that allows us to see opportunities to serve (groceries, meals, yard work, rides, childcare, etc.) and sign up for specific dates. To access this site, visit <www.carecalendar.org> and enter the following information: calendar id 2466 and security code YARNELLS (all caps).
