Michelle Taylor

Photograph

Someone once said that photography is 10% equipment and know-how, and 90% being in the right place. If there's a polar bear in the zoo, that's usually where I'm to be found. We just happened upon this guy as he was drying off after a good swim. It looks like he's in spin cycle!

Michelle Taylor is an accountant by training and an amateur nature photographer by passion. While her favorite subjects are cute and furry animals, she also loves to photograph mountains, water, sunsets, and other parts of God's beautiful creation. Most of her photographs have been taken during travel, either vacation or while visiting other countries while her husband attends some conference or another. She keeps her 2-3 Pentax cameras at the ready, along with close-up lenses (for flowers) zoom lenses (for animals), and polarizing filter (for sunsets and landscape shots). Her 2-liter bottles of Diet Coke are usually stashed less than 150 feet away in the rental car.
